Shipping & Fulfillment
How long will it take for my order to ship? Every item at JuJu's Meltdown is hand-poured in small batches to ensure the highest quality and maximum fragrance load. Because of this handmade process, please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to craft and pack your loot before it is handed off to USPS. Once it ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
What happens if I order during the summer and my wax melts in transit? Wax melts are designed to melt! During the warmer months, they are highly sensitive to extreme heat inside mail trucks and metal mailboxes. Please keep a close eye on your tracking number and bring your package inside as soon as it is delivered. We cannot be held responsible for packages left sitting on hot porches or in mailboxes for extended periods.
Do you ship internationally? At this time, we ship domestically within the United States only. We hope to expand in the future, so stay tuned!
Using Your Melts
How do I use your wax melts? Simply pop one or two mini controllers or apothecary shapes out of their packaging and place them into the top dish of your wax warmer. You can use either a standard tea-light warmer or a UL-listed electric warmer. As the wax heats up, it will melt and release the fragrance into your room.
How do I use snap bars? Snap bars are super easy! Simply snap off one or two sections from the bar and place them into the dish of your wax warmer. The number of snaps you use depends on the size of your room and how strong you like your scent. Heat gently and enjoy the fragrance as it fills your space!
Are the controller melts edible? No. While our mini gaming controllers and apothecary shapes might look like bite-sized candy, they are made of wax and fragrance oils. Keep all wax melts, packaging, and warmers strictly out of reach of children and pets. Do not consume.
How long does the scent last? Scent longevity depends on a few factors: the size of the room, the heat of your specific warmer, and how many shapes you melt at once. Generally, you can expect a few solid days of strong fragrance from a single session. Once you can no longer smell the fragrance, carefully soak up the liquid wax with a cotton ball, wipe the dish clean, and drop in a fresh melt!
Are your products safe for pets? Yes! Our wax melts are made with all-natural ingredients and are safe around pets. As always, we recommend keeping warmers out of reach of curious paws and never leaving a lit warmer unattended.
Packaging & Policies
Are your apothecary jars made of real glass? To keep your shipping costs low and prevent shattered packages, our apothecary sampler jars are made of high-quality, durable plexiglass/acrylic. They give you the beautiful, crystal-clear display of a potion jar without the heavy, fragile weight of actual glass. Plus, they are fully reusable once you empty them!
Do you accept returns or exchanges? Because scent is highly subjective and our products are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on scent preference. All sales are final.
What if my items arrive damaged? If your package took heavy damage during its journey and your items are ruined, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and the shipping box, and we will get a replacement or refund sorted out for you immediately.
