All purchases from JuJu's Meltdowns are final sale. Due to the handmade and consumable nature of our wax melt products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging every order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To process a claim, we require:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged or defective item
• A photo of the packaging

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at m.juju92@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo, and we will send the correct item at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed. After that time, your order will have begun processing and cannot be cancelled.
